In case you are not satisfied with our Services and/or Products, you may contact us at any time during 30 days from the date on which you purchased the Plan, and ask us for a Refund of your purchase.

Please note that on a case by case basis, we may provide you a Partial Refund by deducting applicable Technician Service fee. Please ask our representative for the Technician Fees that may be applicable on a case by case basis, depending upon, but not limited to, the number of times your Mac was serviced for general reasons or product-related issues, the duration or time our technicians devoted to resolving your issues, the number of days left in your Plan’s ‘Refundable Period’, etc
You agree to pay our Technician Fees in case you seek a Refund and that our Technician Fees may be varied or changed by Mac Optimizer Pro in its sole discretion at any time and without notice.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Mac Optimizer Pro may decline refund claims in the following cases:
• Software purchased for the wrong platform.
• Hard copies, including shipping charges.
• Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
• Inability to use the software due to an operator error.
• We will not refund or credit the difference between the price you were charged and the limited-time price reduction, such as those that occur during special sales events.
We are available round-the-clock; however, by purchasing our Products, you understand and agree that providing you Services is subject to availability of technician. In case you find our lines busy, please cooperate and wait while we assign a technician to you. You agree that no Refund Requests will be entertained if ‘non availability of technician’ is reason furnished by you to seek refund.
